Phosphate

The loop is a mix of steep climbing and descending with some mellow fun. Riding the loop counter-clockwise will take advantage of a swooping fast descent on the east side.

The northern side of the loop is a steep climb, through many switchbacks, up and over a steep mountain ridge. Once on the east side, you'll experience more smooth tread through maple forest.

South Fork to Packard Canyon Trail

A segment of the Great Western Trail that climbs out of the South Fork of the Provo River to Windy Pass, then follows the ridge towards the Strawberry area.

Cascade Springs

Cascade Springs is a 12.6 mile bike climb in Utah that some say is one of the most scenic in the country. The climb starts in Midway at around 5,500 ft and ends at just over 8,000 ft
